Duties

  • Shaping and organizing project processes for development teams (3 – 20 people).
  • Predicting, coordinating, and planning the workload of resource teams.
  • Managing projects at different stages using the optimal methodology for each project.
  • Following project deadlines and budgets as well as managing project risks.
  • Preparing and submitting reports for clients and the company.
  • Participating in the process of hiring, shaping team motivation and professional development systems, and taking care of internal improvements (procedures, environment, tools, etc.).

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in an IT company for at least 3 years.
  • Good knowledge and practical experience in using project management systems (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
  • Knowledge of various project management methodologies: Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
  • Experience with foreign clients.
  • An English level of at least B2 (sufficient for negotiations with clients).
  • Experience as an analyst and developer in commercial projects.

It will be a plus if you have:

  • Experience as an analyst and developer in commercial projects.
  • Experience with requirements (Product Owner).
