The client, a well-established engineering firm with expertise in project design, engineering surveys, geological surveys and planning, construction and construction control, and aerial surveys, partnered with JetRuby Agency to develop an application. This application was designed to automate tasks related to technical drawings, documentation, and calculation design for projects involving subsurface materials, aiming to significantly reduce task completion time and enhance team efficiency.
The client had set forth several primary objectives to advance its operations.
By implementing automation in routine processes, the company aimed to significantly cut down on the time required to complete project tasks, streamlining workflows and accelerating timelines.
A key goal was to enhance the precision of project documentation. This involved reducing the risk of errors in calculations and drawings, thereby ensuring higher quality and reliability in their engineering outputs.
Additionally, the client sought to elevate employee productivity by enabling staff to focus on more complex and creative tasks. By automating simpler tasks, employees could devote more time and energy to innovative and challenging aspects of projects.

During collaborative discussions, our team and the client agreed on the main goal – to embark on an advanced development initiative and drastically reduce project completion times for the company client. The application had to be specifically designed for deployment within a team of up to 400 members within the company’s geographical location. It was not meant for international use. The application concept included the capacity to create a comprehensive technical design for mining operation development. Furthermore, the app was designed to have the capability to incorporate new forms of computation and project components, personalize connections between sections, and create new rules for changes in the project.
Node.js and React were used for the development of the product. The application included a user-friendly interface with role-based access, allowing different levels of functionality based on user roles. Comprehensive strategies were developed to address potential integration complexities, user adaptation challenges, and project scope management.
