BuildSourced (former name for Tenna) tracked mixed fleets on a unified platform, giving contractors more control over their operations. It provides visibility at every level, from individual machines to complete projects and the entire company.
BuildSourced was a construction-focused total equipment management solution for contractors who own, operate, and maintain a construction equipment fleet.
It tracked heavy machinery and its parts, mid-sized equipment, heavy trucks, fleet vehicles, and smaller items like tools, materials, and consumable inventory.
The client needed to improve its systems for managing construction materials and suppliers.
The goal was to develop a user-friendly interface for the construction materials accounting system. Another request was a new supplier search system that would help users easily find supplier information.
During development, we discussed with the client the need for a full-text search and added the feature to the inventory system. This update lets users locate data faster.
We integrated a Leaflet library so the system would show various elements on a map and allow users to filter them.
As a result, managing construction materials and suppliers became easier and more effective.

BuildSourced Platform
Each feature was designed for the user so that contractors could concentrate on building.
The system provides the right set of tools for monitoring equipment, ordering materials, or optimizing workloads. It helps make smarter decisions and achieve better results.
