Our CHRO, Svetlana Goryushkina, was asked to explain the reasoning behind our developing a formal human capital report in conformance with ISO30414 standards before an audience of business leaders belonging to the prestigious The Conference Board in the US.
The program follows Chatham House rules so we are not able to share the conversation, but we can share our presentation.
We made this commitment to human capital reporting not for compliance purposes but to demonstrate to all our stakeholders through our actions and metrics that we have a strategic and systematic approach to people management and are willing to have those practices audited by an independent third party.
